RULES FOR THE GUDLYFE LOYALTY REWARDS

  1. The Gudlyfe Loyalty rewards competition runs on a 12 monthly cycle between 1 April and 31 March.
  2. All GUDLYFE Auto-Reinvest members who have reinvested for 2 or more times (‘Auto Members’) qualify for automatic entries into the competition.
  3. You must be an Auto Member to qualify for the reward prize draws.
  4. All Auto Member who reinvest immediately on maturity of their crowdfunding reward qualify for automatic entry into the loyalty reward prize draws.
  5. Each Auto-Reinvest is a single entry into the weekly ‘cash prize reward’ and monthly ‘win-a-franchise’ loyalty reward prize draw.
  6. Each Auto-Reinvest will give you 1 entry per month in the annual ‘win-a-car’ loyalty reward prize draw.
  7. There will be one Cash Prize draw every Thursday during the competition, whereby GUDLYFE Head Office will draw the winner by means of a random electronic draw.
  8. There will be one Franchise Prize draw on the last day of each month during the competition, whereby GUDLYFE Head Office will draw the winner by means of a random electronic draw.
  9. There will be one Hyundai Grand i10 Prize draw on the 15th of December of each reward prize cycle, whereby GUDLYFE Head Office will draw the winner by means of a random electronic draw.
  10. You qualify for as many entries as the crowdfunding accounts you own in every prize category.
  11. GUDLYFE Christmas Bonus: Auto Members will receive 4 entries in all loyalty reward prize draw categories for each Auto-Reinvest done by the 1st December of each year.
  12. No member may win the same prize on the same or different account more than once within a cycle of 5 years. This is to give other members a fair chance of winning.
  13. In the event of a winner being disqualified in terms of these rules, a replacement winner will be drawn.
  14. The loyalty reward competition is open to all citizens of South Africa, who are 18 years of age and above, except for the members, shareholders, directors, employees, partners, agents and consultants (and their respective life partners, business partners and immediate families) of The GUDLYFE Club.
  15. The decisions of GUDLYFE and its judges are final and may not be challenged. No correspondence will be entertained.
  16. Vehicle visuals may show specifications and options not available in South Africa, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Nigeria or eSwatini.
